Deep cleaning:
The deep clean service is an comprehensive top-to- bottom cleaning of your home.
We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your space professionally cleaned within the past 3 months or if you do not use a professional cleaning service on a regular basis.
Includes all the services of a standard clean but with more attention to areas you may have forgotten to clean up over time.
Our deep clean is recommended for the first visit.
We charge extra for the following:
• Cleaning interior windows
• Cleaning inside cabinets and drawers
• Cleaning inside the fridge
• Cleaning inside the oven
We can also customize our services depending on your needs.
Move in/ move out cleaning:
Our move in/ move out cleaning is extremely through, designed to prepare a home for a new tenant.
From top to bottom, we’ll clean and sanitize everywhere, and give you a stress-free welcome to your new home.
Move in/ move out clean includes:
• Cleaning inside/outside cabinets and drawers
• Cleaning inside/outside the fridge
• Cleaning the oven
• Cleaning the stove
• Dusting and washing of all reachable surfaces
• Basic cleaning of the bathroom
• Vacuuming and sweeping of all floors
• Cleaning baseboards
• Cleaning closets
• Cleaning interior windows
A move in/ move out clean does NOT include:
• Exterior windows
• Steam cleaning or shampooing carpets
• Animal waste
• Mold removal

• Lifting of heavy items

Most of our cleaners use method cleaning products, but we have other cleaners that prefer other green cleaning products.
If you have a special request, please let us know and we can try to accommodate you.
